Individual therapy
An hour that is only yours
Individual therapy is one adult and one licensed clinician, talking. It suits people who want a steady place to think about work, sleep, relationships or a big change, and people trying therapy for the first time.
In a session you choose what to talk about. Your clinician listens, asks questions and helps you notice patterns. Sessions are 50 minutes, in person on Cantrell Road or by video.

How your clinician works
Methods differ. Each clinician says on their own page who they see and how they work.
Meet the cliniciansWhat it is not
It is not an evaluation or a fitness-for-duty report, and your clinician does not write to your employer. It is not crisis care either: if you may be in danger, call or text 988.
Your rhythm
Most people meet weekly or every other week. Change it when your shifts change.
Before you book
Can I switch clinicians?
Yes. Tell us and we will suggest someone else. You do not have to explain.
Do I have to talk about my past?
No. You decide what to talk about, and when.
What if my shift changes the night before?
Tell your clinician as early as you can. Your fee letter says how much notice we ask for, and we go through it with you before you start.
Ready to begin?
Tell us the times that work around your shifts. We suggest a clinician and explain how your fee will work.
