Groups
A room of people who get it
Groups are small and led by a licensed clinician. People come from different jobs and units, so no one sits across from their own manager. What is said stays in the room.
If you are not ready to speak, you can listen. Ask your clinician whether a group might help, and we find a place for you.

Before you book
Will I see someone from my own workplace?
We ask about this before you join, so you can decide. If you know someone, tell us and we find another place for you.
Do I have to talk?
No. You can listen until you are ready.
Can I do a group and individual therapy?
Yes. Many people do both.
