Couples and family
Therapy for households that run on shifts
When one of you works nights and the other works days, the hour that is left is easy to spend on logistics. Couples and family sessions give the two of you, or the whole household, a protected hour to talk about something else.
Sessions are 50 minutes. We look for a time that fits every calendar, including by video when one of you is on the way home.
Partners and parents
Adult family members
In person or by video

Who comes
Partners, parents and adult family members. Salve sees adults, 18 and older.
Who it is with
Deja Sumter, a licensed marriage and family therapist, sees couples and families. Other clinicians see couples too; ask us.
Deja SumterWhat is shared
What is said in a joint session is discussed with everyone at the start, including how it is kept. Your clinician explains before you begin.
Before you book
Can one of us come alone?
Yes. Many people start alone and bring a partner later, or the other way around.
Do you see teenagers?
Salve sees adults, 18 and older. We can suggest where to look for a clinician who works with teens.
Can we meet by video?
Yes, if each of you is in Arkansas and somewhere private during the session.
Find a time that fits both calendars
Send us the times you each can do and we suggest a clinician.
