Little Rock, Arkansas
Salve is a group practice of ten licensed clinicians in Little Rock for people who work in health care: nurses, physicians, techs, EMTs, aides and the people who keep a hospital running. Early, late and weekend times, in person or by video. We do not report to your employer.

Is Salve right for you?
Salve is talk therapy for adults who work in health care. Some needs are better met somewhere else, and we say which.

Care
How it works
Four steps, and none of them involves your employer.
Pick a time that works with your shifts, or send us the times you can do.
Insurance, paying yourself or a program at work. We check benefits before you come.
Fifty minutes to see if we fit. You decide nothing that day.
Weekly or every other week, around your shifts. Change it when your schedule changes.

Notes
Short answers to what people in health care ask us first.
What we tell no one, how we remind you, and where confidentiality has limits.
Early and late times, and video for the days you cannot get to the office.
When a plan sends statements, how paying yourself works, and the estimate you get in writing.
Fifty minutes, no tests, and nothing you have to decide that day.
By video
Our clinicians are licensed in Arkansas. For a video session you need to be in Arkansas during the session.
On a travel assignment or working in another state? We cannot see you by video while you are there. We will help you find someone licensed where you are.
Start here
Tell us if you are using insurance, paying yourself or coming through a program at work, and when you can meet. We never tell your employer which you chose.
You will know what you owe before your first session, and it will be in writing.
Salve is in network with some health plans, and which plans a clinician takes can differ. We check yours before your first session and tell you what we found. We do not take every plan, and we say so plainly.
Most PPO plans
Some HMO plans
Medicare and Medicaid: ask us, and we will say plainly whether we take yours
If you pay without insurance, your fee depends on the clinician and the length of the session. Most sessions are 50 minutes. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are held, so ask when you write. Your fee is given in writing before you start. You can pay with a health savings or flexible spending card. When you pay yourself, no claim goes to a plan.
On request we give you a monthly itemized receipt (a superbill) that you can send to your plan to ask for reimbursement. It carries a diagnosis code that your plan sees, and a plan that pays you back may send a statement to the person who holds the policy. Your plan decides what it pays.
If you pay without insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your care before you start. We give you one in writing. If a bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute it. The estimate is not a contract.
Before your first session we check your benefits and tell you what we found, including any copay or deductible your plan sets. You hear from us by call, text or email, whichever you chose. If your plan comes through your employer, we explain how its statements are sent before you decide.
